Description[]
Despite having helped the insurgency in their victory against the regime, Blackfire didn't get what she wanted. Then, she joins the Outlaws under the promise made by Red Hood of Nightwing being hers. She makes it clear to Jason Todd that if he breaks his promise, he'll get himself killed by her.
